‘Noble Park Primary School has cultivated a relationship with Yarrabah State School (a wholly Indigenous school) in Far North Queensland.
Over 5 Years this has resulted in cultural visits, teacher exchanges and shared professional learning and reciprocal visits by students.
Noble Park Primary School students have visited the Yarrabah State School over the past 3 years sharing classed on-country experiences and building authentic relationships.
Yarrabah State School students have made 2 visits to Noble Park Primary School enjoying learning quite different to what they are used to and discovering marvellous Melbourne.
The creation below is of Bundjil, the wedge-tale eagle. Each student created a feather as part of our school’s NAIDOC week 2020 activities.
