SUMMARY:Getting to Know You Interviews

As part of our formal communication processes, Getting to Know You Interviews will be held on Wednesday 21st February 2024 from 2pm – 6:30pm. All parents/carers are invited to come along and meet with their child’s teacher for a ten minute discussion.
This discussion will provide an opportunity to:

Share information about your child so that the teacher has a comprehensive understanding of their individual circumstances
Assist the teacher in identifying the personal needs of your child
Ask any questions that you may have regarding the schools program and curriculum
Discuss annual consent forms before signing. Interpreters will be available onsite.

As this evening occurs early in the term it is important to understand that the purpose of this discussion is for the teacher to become acquainted with your child and family. On this occasion teachers will not be reporting on your child’s academic progress. More information will be provided to families regarding how to book an interview time with your child’s teacher.  If you are unable to book an interview time on Wednesday 21st February 2024, please discuss this with your child’s teacher as an alternate time can be arranged.
